There had been similar rumors for website authors not members of the
official journalists organisation in italy.

The best way to stop this is to bring this organisation to the European
Court for Human Rights. Because it is an unreasonable limitation of the
freedom of expression, not covered by the needs of a democratic society.

Something like that. Looks easy. But costs money and will last its time.
