I've been reading the work* of Mark Neocleous recently and wondered
whether any nettime readers had made the link between his work on the
police, administration, order and security to similar issues in
cybernetics. I tried to make a tentative connection in a recent book
chapter (http://eprints.lincoln.ac.uk/4058/), but I think there's much
more that could be made of it. Recommended writing in this area would be
very welcome.
