---- NEW YORK FILM AND VIDEO FESTIVAL SOLICITATION (MULTIMEDIA) ----


* Curators for the The 1997 New York Film and Video festival
are currently seeking CD-ROMs for inclusion in two different
exhibition programs. The festival will take place in October
1997 at Lincoln Center in New York City.


        Program 1: Speed kills

Seeking only original artist's works on the CD-ROM platform.
Published and unpublished works are eligible for inclusion.
The Macintosh platform is preferred. Works completed between
1994 and 1997 eligible.


        Program 2: No place like home

Seeking CD-ROM works in any category that exemplify smart and
cutting edge interface design. Works completed between 1995
and 1997 eligible.

Contact curators only. No phone inquiries. Only send CD-ROMs
and documentation to curators John Carella for Europe and
Eric Saks for North America and all other countries. The
DEADLINE for submitting work is MAY 1, 1997 !!!
Entrants notified June 30,1997.
